Welcome to the exercise of the week! Whether you're looking to get functionally stronger to defend yourself, or you just want to look ripped like a fighter, these exercises will get it done.
This weeks exercise of the week are Mountain Climbers with Push-up. These are another great total body exercise using just out body weight! This strength-power exercise challenges your stabilization, core, and cardiorespiratory system.
Sets and Reps:
Perform the movement on both sides to complete one repetition.
Beginners start with 1-3 sets of 10 reps.
Advanced exercisers can perform 4-6 sets of 15 reps.
